Zone Visit Terms and Conditions

  • Zone visits are for defined routine work and the reduced visit fee will only apply when booking for the specific services named above.
  • Reduced visit fees are only available on the day we are visiting your zone (please see map above – your horse must be located within the appropriate zone at the time of the visit to qualify for the reduced visit fee).
  • The visit fee will be reduced to £30.00 instead of our usual visit fee. All treatments provided during the visit will be charged in addition to the visit fee at our normal rate.
  • Full payment must be made within 24 hours of the visit to qualify for the reduced visit fee. However, to give us time to add the charges to your account, we recommend you call us the first working day after your visit to make payment. Your reduced visit fee will then be honoured.
  • Zone visits must be booked a minimum of 48 hours before the date of the visit.  Visits booked after this time will not qualify for the reduced visit fee.
  • You are unable to request a specific vet or time for your visit, but notice will be given of when our vet expects to be with you (we will try to give a minimum of one hours’ notice of our arrival).
  • Please book your visit early as the number of visits per day are limited and we therefore may not be able to visit on your preferred date.
  • Zone visits cannot be used for emergency treatments. Emergencies will be seen at any time and our standard visit fee will apply (plus a surcharge if your visit is out of hours).

And don’t forget…

Our services available on a standard* visit include:

  • Routine health care and vaccinations
  • Emergency medical care of sick equines

  • In-house worm egg Counts
  • Advice and assistance with preventative medicine such as worming protocols or care for your older faithful friend
  • Out of hours covered by our own veterinary team 24/7 (surcharge applies)

* On a standard visit, our normal visit fee will apply (please see our equine price list). A standard visit is defined as any weekday between 9.00am and 5.00pm.  Any visit outside these times will incur an out of hours surcharge in addition to the standard visit fee.
