Horse Registration

Whether you’re a new client or already enjoying the great service we provide, it’s easy to register with us. Just complete our simple registration form below, click submit and then we’ll take care of the rest! 

All of our equine services are provided from our Ashbourne practice. To enable us to provide an emergency service should you need it, your horse should be kept within a 25 mile radius of the practice.  If your horse is located further away than this, please call us on 01335 342227 before registering.

Please make sure you complete the form in full with the details of the horse you wish to register, your home address and your contact details. Your details will normally be registered within two working days* and we may contact you by e-mail or phone should we need to clarify any information.

*It may take up to 5 working days for your details to show on our database, so if you think you may need to arrange an appointment before this time, we recommend you call us on 01335 342227 and register over the phone.
