Complaints Procedure

 

We always aim to provide the highest standard of veterinary care and service to all of our clients. As such, we hope that you’ll never have cause to complain about a member of our team or about the care we provide to your animals.

If, however, you feel that we have not met your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into the matter and work with you to put things right.

Please provide us with your name, address, contact details, the name of your pet (if applicable) and full details of any concerns you have.

Your concerns will be passed on to the most appropriate member of the team or a partner for investigation and you should hear back from us within five working days either by telephone or e-mail. For complaints that require a more in-depth investigation or need a written response, please allow 15 working days from receipt of your initial communication for us to provide a resolution.

If your complaint is of a professional nature and you fail to get a satisfactory conclusion to your concerns after 15 working days, you may then refer the matter to our professional body by writing to:
