Gemma joined McMurtry & Harding in August 2021 as a New Graduate from Liverpool University. Having grown up locally, Gemma decided to return to Derbyshire after qualifying to live the dream of being a farm vet. Whilst enjoying all aspects of the job Gemma has a particular interest in Fertility work and Surgery. 

She has a Black Labrador called Purdey who many of the farmers will have met, and she loves walking in her spare time. Outside of work many evenings and weekends are taken up with being an active member of Derby Young Farmers.
